Parque de la Memoria

The Management Board was created after the enactment of Law No. 3.078 of 2009, and is responsible for administering and managing the Parque de la Memoria, the Monument to the Victims of State Terrorism and the Public Art Program located in the mentioned space; approving the Management and Organization Plan of the Park and Monument; preparing and updating the list of disappeared and murdered persons whose names are engraved in the Monument to the Victims of State Terrorism; compiling a database with information about the persons whose names are included in the Monument and promoting, developing and implementing public policies in the area of the Park and Monument with the purpose of constructing a collective memory about State terrorism.
